DHM Food guarantees the quality of the product as specified by the manufacturer and that the product will not cause harm provided that it is used for the intended purpose and according to the instructions provided. In the event of a problem when using the product for the intended purpose and according to the instructions provided, the customer may return the product within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product from DHM Food. Upon receiving a request from the customer, DHM Food is obliged to assist the customer so that the customer can receive a replacement product or a full refund. In the event that the customer requests a refund, DHM Food must fully refund the customer based on the products returned by the customer. DHM Food will exchange equivalent products or refund the customer an amount equal to the amount the customer paid to receive the returned products.

When making a refund as prescribed, DHM Food may deduct any commissions, bonuses and/or other economic benefits that the customer has received from receiving that product.

Products can be exchanged/returned and refunded directly at the following addresses (no exchanges at customer’s home):
