Receive directly at DHM Food’s address: If Customers want to buy products directly without ordering on the system, please contact the Company’s phone number: 086.558.1551 (Mai) (8am-5pm) before coming to receive advice from the staff and be informed of the status of the goods.

  • Address: 17 Bat Su, Hang Bo ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi city
  • After payment, customers will receive the goods directly at the above address of DHM Food.

Receive goods in provinces nationwide through DHM Food’s delivery system to deliver to customers.

DHM Food has a fleet of trucks to support delivery to customers in the shortest time. DHM Food supports delivery to customers nationwide.

Working time: Monday to Friday – Morning: 8:00 – 11:30

Afternoon: 12:30 – 17:15

SOME NOTES:

When receiving goods, Customers need to note:

  • Review and compare goods with Delivery Note.
  • Hold and check to see if it is the correct product that the Customer ordered.
  • Check packaging and product for damage during shipping.

If not satisfied with any of the above 3, the Customer can request the Delivery Staff to confirm and return the goods. DHM Food will not be responsible for resolving complaints about the above contents after the Customer has signed and paid.

The delivery address may be different from the address registered in the Customer’s account or changed as needed.

For products that are not available or limited in quantity, delivery time may be longer than specified. DHM Food staff will contact to inform customers of the status of goods and delivery time in the fastest time.

After completing the delivery, if the product has any technical problems due to the manufacturer’s fault, the Customer please respond to the hotline: 086.558.1551 (Mai) or respond to the regional marketing department within 7 days after receiving the product.
